Our Founder
Carmen has a familial background in agriculture and a career background in finance. Throughout the entirety of her work history, there has been an ongoing commitment to building lasting relationships and working within the regulations and expectations of her employers and the industry.
A desire to go even beyond regulations and work within a moral construct as well, promoting respect for farmers, local businesses and employees, creating a culture where everyone succeeds is the reason for the founding of this business.
